What we collect
When you request a free guide from our Resource Library, we collect the first name and email address you enter, along with which guide you requested and the date of the request. If you contact us directly, we keep the details you choose to share with us.
Questions you ask on our Resources page
When you use the "Not sure where to start?" tool, the question you type is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Your question, the time it was sent, a short excerpt of the response, and any follow-up message or email address you choose to add are also sent to WorksWell Systems® by email and stored in our private records so we can review and reply. Please do not include names, health details or other confidential information.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the guide you asked for, to answer your questions, and to send occasional follow-up messages about our programs and resources. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete the information we hold about you. Email lisamerriman@workswell.info and we will take care of it.
